We also need your help!
We want this website to have as much content as possible. That means having your suggestions for additional content. Even though we are rolling this website out to residents, development is continuing. View the Contact Us page under the Home menu to see how to send us ideas and suggestions.
We also need you to let all of your neighbors know about this website.
This is our community website built by the residents of The Ponds Communities and for the residents to provide the community with as much information about their community as possible:
- The Ponds General Community
- Carillon Community
- Cresswind Community
This site is always under construction as we are always looking to add new functions and features. We are using this site to highlight resident owned business, give residents answers to many of their frequently asked questions, help provide information to new residents, provide information on their HOA with contact information and much, much more.
This website is not part of the HOA. It is owned and run by residents. It includes information that the HOA management company cannot and will not share with residents due to the relationship between the devloper. Remember, the HOA management company is only allowed to share information authorized by the developer.
Please click on the Mission Statement sub menu button (under the Home page) for a detailed explanation about the existence of this website and about the need for this website.
The Resident Information button and sub menu options take you to view and navigate one of the many items of interest for residents. There is a variety of information available including important contact numbers, events and clubs within the community, new resident information, new South Carolinian information, useful websites and more.
The Ponds button and sub menu options contain information about our community. You will find details of our three communities, amenities, trail systems, the Ponds Conservancy, the deeds and plats for the community and the Developers Agreement and Planning Design document for the development within The Ponds.
The Homeowner Association button and the sub menu options are intended to inform you about a Homeowners Association (HOA), living in an HOA community, their governing documents, your rights as a homeowner and application federal, state and local laws and ordinances applicable to HOA's.
The Residents Only Pages option provides residents with an area to read up on the issues within the community affecting them. There are also pages for frequently asked questions, an event calendar, newsletters, event flyers and important notices, items of interest in our community, a blog, editorials, emails from residents and more. To view these pages, you must be a resident and have a resident logon id. To see how to obtain one, proceed to page Residents Only Pages Login Information.
The Contact Us sub menu option under the Home button provides you a way to email the staff with ideas or suggestions. We need your ideas and suggestions to keep this website as useful as possible for residents.
Items in blue (except for this example) imply you can click on it to go to a new page, open a new tab or window to go to another website or start an email to the recipient.
Login using your residents credentials for all content under the Resident Only Pages
While we want you to view and utilize as much of the content of this site as possible, we strongly suggest you read about the Developers Agreement and Planning Document under The Ponds menu option. Then go and view the information on the Residents Issues under the Residents Only Pages menu option. (Note: you must have a residents login to view those pages - See page Resident Only Pages Login Information to see how to request login credentials)
Residents need to become as knowledgeable as possible on all issues that affect their community
We built a Website Change Log page under the Home menu option. This page has the latest changes to the website allowing you to quickly pick up new information that might be of interest to you.

Upcoming Social Events:
The next Social Committee meeting is April 15, 6:30 pm at the Farmhouse.
Looking for Trail Pictures!!!
We are looking for pictures people may have taken over the years of the various trails within The Ponds. If anyone who has lived here back before Kolter has pictures of some of the original trails that are now gone, we would love to include them as well. We want to be able to put up the pictures on our residents website as a way of preserving the images of the trails.
If you can, please email them to thepondsscresidents@gmail.com with the Subject line: Ponds Trails
Please be sure to include in the emails the name of the trail in each picture, when the picture was taken and make sure your name is in the email exactly how you would like it to appear with the picture as we credit each picture to the person who took it or posted it
